If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we receive your information, we'll guide you through the process of getting a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

We are committed to processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it will likely have already been sent to our fulfillment partner for production.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any items that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect address details. Refunds
